Procedures
Health
and Safety at Work Act (1974)
Every year we update the information on our Health and Safety at
Work Act. We will produce a copy of this document once we have quoted
the price on each and every commercial premises.
Method Statements and Risk Assessment
On each and every site we carry work out on we will record and provide
our Method Statement and carry out a full Risk Assessment. We can
carry out these Site Surveys once our quotes have been formally
accepted in writing.
WAHR (Working at Height Regulations)
We are fully aware of the implications that the WAHR Directive imposes
on the use of ladders. We will use our Water Fed Pole Systems for
most work but, if the need does arise for access equipment, then
we will use the safest method possible.
COSHH (Complying with the Control of Substances Hazardous
to Health)
We do sometimes have to use hazardous substances in order to break
down dirt, grime and algae. We control the exposure to chemicals
by complying to the COSHH Directive. This is to protect our employees
and others who may be exposed to the use of controlled substances.
Cleaning Programs
We can offer a full solution to your exterior cleaning program By
using in-depth times and schedules we can work at any time, night
or day! We also record the level of the cleaning service on a points
system, a copy of which will be issued every time an invoice is
presented.
Staff Policies
All our staff are fully trained and are familiar with all our Health
and Safety policies. Safety footwear and hi-visabilty workwear are
worn at all times. We will always have a supervisor on site each
and every time any work is carried out. |
